Grayson Hartman, a senior at Cedar Rapids Xavier High, won the boys 110-meter hurdles by clocking 14.10 seconds into a headwind at the 113th Drake Relays at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa. Hartman also ran a wind-legal 14.05 in the prelims.
